@haveigotnews Time for William Shatner to make a return visit 😀

It is so lovely to be asked to judge the Stowe Nine Churches Gardeners' Club Flower Show today. This show has been going since 1901, and today, there was a good turnout across 17 classes. The poster is from 1960! Well done to all who took part 👍 #GardenersWorld

[Official Weather UK ☀️ @Official_WXUK]

Quite significant amounts of #SaharanDust over the southern half of the UK and much of the rest of Europe at the moment and over the next few days.

Unlikely to see dusty deposits on cars with no rain in the forecast, but hazy or unusual looking sunrises and sunsets are possible.

What a lovely sentiment @michealstratton and I'm sure we'll never have an opportunity to read such a book again. A classic in every sense of the word ❤️

[Michaela Strachan @michaelastracha]

Tonight feels like we’ve all come to the end of that book that was always on our bedside table. We all read the chapters, some were good, some sad, some full of drama, some surprising. We all loved that book and although we’re sad the book has ended, it was the end we hoped for.

@NickyAACampbell Met Percy Thrower at the age of 15 at his garden in Shropshire. He was my gardening hero. A few years later I met him again at the Southport Flower Show and he introduced me to the editor of @TheAGTeam magazine. 17 years later I worked on that amazing magazine. So lucky!

From @BuckinghamGC Thank You from Ripple Africa Charity ❤
🌲 If you recollect the Garden Centre made a donation of 50p for every cut Christmas tree we sold back in November/December last year.
🌲 This equates to a staggering 668 trees which will be planted in Malawi.

Hmmm all that fantastic effort yet why wasn't a proper maintenance kept around those saplings. Not the best message or horticultural practice to promote surely?
