@Epic7_Global There is a bug currently where after the cutscene in the mission "Love Rememberance Eternity", the screen goes black with no way to progress on both Android and PC
While under US sanctions, where did Huawei get the advanced chips for its latest Mate 60 Pro smartphone? Under the US sanctions, SMIC (the most plausible scenario) should not have been able to make advanced chips for Huawei. https://t.co/v9nI4KbcnF
The way they phrase it is fuckin dodgy - you automatically "consent" when you use Zoom per their ToS. There is no opt-out, which is in breach of GDPR btw because consent needs to be freely given and not conditional to the use of a service.
The most tortured ToS edit:
“You…grant…Zoom a perpetual…licence to…use…Customer Content…for artificial intelligence training.”
“Notwithstanding the above, Zoom will not use audio, video, or chat Customer Content to train AI without your consent.”
Wow. New Zoom Terms of Service (10.2) stipulate that you as a user consent to allow AI to train on and use all of your data, including video, audio, facial, biometric data, etc... It's time to switch to @keet_io.
"poor waif in his underwear" is not an expression any US official would use, but it does happen to be a translation of an idiomatic russian phrase. Sounds like Hersh is getting duped by a Russian source pretending to be American
honestly I did not start out this way, but I've absolutely come around to the view that he's just a weird dude who fell into lots of money despite himself

I spoke to Inner Mongolians who say the Chinese government is wiping out their culture.
Their families have been harassed by authorities, language classes shut down and land taken away.

There are hardly any “normal” housefires in Kherson now, a sign of how few people are left. Yet the city’s remaining firefighters are busier than ever. From 1843 magazine https://t.co/YRkxppQMpu
