-develop therapeutics (dexamethasone decreases mortality in critically ill by a quarter)
-get closer to vaccines

@doctimcook @BJAJournals @IntensiveDave Interesting. NICE is very clear that CFS should be part of a holistic approach and not as arbitrary cut off. A no. of other factors imp incl major comorbidities and physiol - these may all have been relevant with covid v non covid. Need for rigorous ethical approach vital.
