i have often questioned why we feel what is the ‘right thing’ to do for our residents is not the right thing we should do for our staff.

This is wrong. Being homeless isn’t a lifestyle choice, it’s a failure of housing and welfare policy. It doesn’t have to be this way.
We need a long term plan for #socialhousing and funding for services to help prevent homelessness.
