🚨 Some personal jobs news 🚨
After a brilliant two and a half years at the Alloa Advertiser, I will be leaving in a couple of weeks to become the new content editor at the Border Telegraph and the Peeblesshire News.
Will miss Alloa a lot but looking forward to getting started!
I spent the last two evenings at the Peebles Burgh Hall this week for Peebles Common Good Fund and Peebles Community Council meetings.
Will post all the stories in this shared thread on everything happening in the town ⬇️
This was the big one from Monday’s meeting. Representatives from SP Energy Networks met with residents to hear concerns and answer questions on the Gala North development proposals ⬇️

FT - History made! Alloa Athletic Women lift the Regional Plate after a 4-0 win over Penicuik. A strike from Amy Cully and a hat trick by Bailey Black sealed a historic first cup win for the Wasps. A tremendous way to sign off Allan Milne's time at Alloa
