I'm Chris, and like you, I realize that while all of us have the potential to lead - the ability to do so takes more than being given a title.

Too many people get thrust in to positions when they aren’t prepared, or watch others get promoted ahead of them because they didn’t stand out.

Sometimes you can see the problems in your organization’s culture but don’t have the influence to change things.

You’re stuck in a liminal growth space, a limbo between self-assurance and agency.

It feels like the world is at a tipping point when it comes to our relationship with technology. Between the looming TikTok ban, growing distrust in social media platforms, and the rise of AI-generated content, there’s a real hunger for something real.

People are craving authenticity, genuine connection, and experiences that truly matter.

People don't want to continue to spread their time across social media platforms and constantly have to try new ones.

Expect more and more people to come out against Meta products. LinkedIn and Pinterest feel like the "safest" platforms at this time.

Expect more focus on IRL experiences and communities finding more time to come together in person.

People also are in multiple communities and will continue to leave the ones that don't serve them. Communities will need to be more than just a gathering spot. It needs to be a true third place.
