$FRED.V PEA is excellent

At current gold/silver prices the mine pays for itself in 12 months even when buying the mining fleet.

At $3000 gold the IRR is about 60% for leasing a fleet.

Low strip ratio, front loaded production, low capex can make lower grade EDM very valuable
