@KingstonCycling Wheels not locked on the white bike. Cable lock looks like it runs through that D-Lock that isn't even being used. Can't see that much from this photo other than 1 cable lock is used for 2 bikes by the looks of it.

It was evening, Halloween time around 2000. I remember the Grim Reaper got on my train at Earlsfield and got off at Waterloo. Got to the concourse to grab a cuppa and he was there, just staring and pointing at me. 🫤 I left quickly... 😂
