@hussmannrw If I was taking my team, then no doubt. I would be all about it. It's just me assisting a company. Agreed. It would be helpful, but I look at the struggles my team would have if I wasn't there pulling my fair of the work as more of a detriment.

@hussmannrw Well.... My boss is... Very very jands off and do as I say. It would drive my MSG up the wall. I also would be filling in on a Downtrace. Would I get a lot of it. Sure. What he is saying I'll get out of it. Not at all. He means it would make me even more competitive.
