Lie #1: “ICE isn’t real law enforcement” and they’re just doing it “for $8,000 a night.”

Reality: ICE is federal law enforcement under DHS. Officers enforce immigration law (civil and criminal). They get regular salaries (roughly $50k–$90k base for deportation officers, plus overtime), not some made-up per-night payout.

Lie #2: Coming here illegally is “just a misdemeanor,” so it’s basically fine and ICE shouldn’t enforce it.

Reality: Improper entry is a federal crime under 8 U.S.C. § 1325 (misdemeanor on the first offense, up to 6 months). Illegal reentry after deportation is a felony. Unlawful presence is civil and still deportable. Breaking the law is still breaking the law.

Lie #3: Trump “stole from people,” “went bankrupt,” and is a convicted p*dophile/r*pist because of the Epstein files.

Reality: Trump never filed personal bankruptcy—his casino and hotel companies did Chapter 11 reorganizations, which is legal restructuring, not theft. He has never been criminally convicted of r*pe, p*dophilia, or anything related to Epstein. The r*pist claim came from George Stephanopoulos repeatedly saying it on air about the E. Jean Carroll civil case. ABC settled the defamation suit for $15M plus fees and issued a regret statement.

They started with open-borders talk about the “land of the free,” denied ICE’s authority, then jumped straight to Trump Derangement Syndrome the second they got pressed. No coherent arguments—just feelings and misinformation. Every single time.

Take the gas tax: The state adds their 63.4 cents per gallon tax, then AFTER this tax is applied to the total per gallon, cities add their own gas tax. So you are paying taxes on the taxes already added to a gallon of gas

Example:

- The cost of a gallon of gas is $6
- California state applies: 63.4 cents in tax
- Now the gallon is $6.34 per gallon
- Instead of local cities applying their own, say 5.5% tax on the 6 per gallon like they should, they tax the 5.5% on the full $6.34 per gallon price

So you are literally paying taxes on taxes

He was told by the gas station Gavin Newsom is BLOCKING the relief and it’s still full price

He’s right. Donald Trump signed Executive Order 14435, “Emergency Tax Relief on Diesel Fuel”

- Penalty waiver for dyed diesel on highways
- Deferral of the federal excise tax
- Treasury is directed to explore avenues to eliminate the obligation to pay the deferred taxes later

Gavin Newsom responded by not lifting the ban on use of red diesel on public roads and has not provided the matching state tax relief

By the way ‘Red diesel’ is chemically the same as regular highway diesel; the red dye is just a marker so authorities can tell the highway taxes haven’t been paid

So Gavin Newsom is blocking it ONLY to hurt Americans before midterms and not give any financial relief

- The California State Department of Tax and Fee Administration says that dyed diesel remains prohibited on California public highways (They will not lift the restriction)
- They refuse to suspend the diesel excise tax
