@renee_fortune @MissyIsMaga @mattvanswol The food isn't usually locked up from what I have seen. During looting sprees, it's not rice and beans or pork chops that are being stolen. If someone needed food, all that they need to do is ask someone to help get a meal for the day and I'd bet almost anyone would help out.
