Received my adult renewal in 13 days since submitted application so thank you @HM_Passport. Child renewal is still at documents received stage and sent DM on Sunday so hope that will be back before we leave on 14th August 🙏 @passportwaiting

Just had a call from passport office and they’ve approved my son’s renewal!

Best advice for others is use the online contact form & give date of travel. They replied and I supplied travel evidence. Do this before 2 weeks to go as there is a delay. @HM_Passport @passportwaiting

@mattmills10hot1 @HM_Passport Might be with you today. Check https://t.co/hkHnAwf1PV. Postcode should have a space between the two parts and your PAN number is your PEX number without the PEX prefix and no gaps between numbers.

Travelling on 14th August and still have 3 kids renewals still waiting for documents to be received...

@kazlm @passportwaiting Fingers crossed for you. It does seem to be a bit of a lottery with no logic to it with some people seemingly waiting over a month for a simple renewal.
