Right when I think @PKaroutas can handle being alone while me and the other Chris are out on vacation for a few days and he doesn’t know how to SHARE THE WIFI. Please advise
The city of Keene, New Hampshire is hosting a drag queen show. It is being marketed to ages 0-18. Audience includes preschoolers and teens. Supported by taxpayer funds. Disgusting.
Today, I signed a law to put a local property tax cap on the ballot in November.
Our state is at its best when we put decision making power in the hands of the people. This bill gives voters a say about their local property taxes and ensures Granite Staters’ voices are heard.
As noticeable as wildfire smoke was today, get ready to hear a lot more about it starting tomorrow.
Bigger concern is that higher concentrations of ground smoke appear likely over the next 72 hours. This impacts air quality.
This stuff is absolutely terrible for your health btw, it’s basically toxins being released into the air and this stuff overloads your liver and kidneys. And it’s happening because Canada essentially banned controlled burn forest management. Totally preventable.
Trump needs to make this a central part of any negotiation
The Northeast is home to some of the largest minimum lot size requirements in the United States, limiting where homes can be built and driving up housing costs.
New York has about 1/6th of the number of data centers that Virginia has, but New York's electricity rates are almost double.
IT'S NOT THE DATA CENTERS.
Body cam footage shows Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo identifying himself during a traffic stop.
"I’m Joe Lombardo."
Officer: "I’m aware."
The officer then lets him go.
This is yet another attempt to sling mud and cause distractions so people aren’t talking about the Democrats 3-3 plan to raise taxes on every family in NH.
It would place a new property tax on your home ($3/1000) and create a 3% income tax on your hard earned money.
NH families cannot afford democratic policies.
Thank you to all of the folks who came out to the ward 6 town hall. You are always so supportive of me and I am grateful.
One thing was clear—citizens are angry over their property tax increases and they made no qualms about it.
While the NH Republican led legislature created a budget that sent more tax dollars back to cities and towns without raising property taxes, city officials raised property taxes and bonded the next generation to their debt.
If Democratic policies take over the Senate, we will also see a new $3/1000 increase in our property taxes for every home in our state and a new 3% income tax on our hard earned money.
I know the folks in that room last night made it clear that their families cannot afford higher taxes and neither can mine.
@ChrisJDeMarkey It was stupid in 2025 and it still is. And the @NHGOP controls all three branches of government, who cares if a couple democrats supported it in committee, and if they did they are stupid too and probably own bitcoin and hope this helps boost the price back up.
