@northernassist I am aware of this. The point I am trying to make is if train crew are aware a train is going to be delayed, then this ought to be communicated to customers without delay so they can make an informed choice about whether to use an alternate service

@northernassist Hello sat on the 14:08 from York to Leeds in York. No information about delay apart from it's not now stopping at my other stations other than Leeds, and also they have no idea where the conductor is. How can this be?
