@adamtaggart Adam, are you staying calorie restricted or going back up to maintenance on occasion? I have found that cycling between maintenance calories and a calorie deficit gets amazing results. The scale is also a liar. Get a hume pod and it will change how you view things!
@GrantCardone The internal drive to serve and help others is a motivating force. Emptiness accompanies those who are not growing and serving others. People keep going because they have the talent and ability to serve humanity....God designed us to work and serve. It's spiritual!
@BuilderMonk It takes way more than 12 hours to sell a house, plus there are costs associated with the sale...gas, tolls, marketing, contracts, insurance, office space, among many other expenses...plus you pay 25-50% in taxes depending on location...you aren't seeing the entire picture it...

@Stanley_Tweets Because they get lost in selling houses to make a living, and when you need money you take the commission check instead of the long term money. I made that mistake for years, and then I had to make a hard shift in my business. I now own apartment buildings.
@SteveHarney Home equity is a bad metric to go by. It can go away quickly. Mass layoffs are starting to happen and their are changes in the mortgage market that can hamper home buyer demand.
@MultifamilyMad Agency debt was chasing the larger assets and the majority of the small and midsized deals were given floating debt...hopefully people bought a rate cap at least!
@the_transit_guy Most people do it for proximity and affordability...and that is typically the only option if you want a free standing house...not alluring, just what's available
