More progress on our new tee programme for our 47 course with the finishing touches to the new 15th tee. These tees will help new players develop confidence, whilst helping keep shorter hitters enjoying the game longer. #growthegame
Work continuing on our new 47 (4,700 yard) course with another new tee being built this time on the 11th. The course will be ideal for younger juniors, beginners and shorter hitters allowing more people to enjoy the game
New 47 tees (4,700 yard course) coming on great. These tees have been designed to help golfers at the beginning of their golf journey and for those with a carry of less than 100 yards. Tees have been built on the other side of carries so ALL golfers can enjoy the game they love
Without greenkeepers, there would be no golf.
The ludicrously early starts, the kit that always needs fixing, the budgets that don’t stretch far enough, the unrealistic expectations of members asking one inane question after another, or the weather that always seems to be conspiring against you.
These guys just don’t get the credit they deserve for their resilience and perseverance. 👊 👏 🙌
#ThankAGreenkeeper day!
We loved hearing all about the trip to Dublin the greenkeeping team at @PleasingtonGolf were treated to in recognition of their efforts.
Read all about it on page 9 of this months Greenkeeper International magazine.
