@British_Airways What a mess - I travel from Paphos on a flight “delayed” by 16hrs, stay at the airport to connect because of your delay, therefore unable to go home & get my work attire and you are quoting policies at me... common sense BA? The 8.40pm flight I have to Malaga is now also delayed

@British_Airways I am on “severely delayed” BA2675. Due in Spain for business Weds morning, now missed my flight from Heathrow this morning, got a flight from Gatwick tonight but no time to get home (leaving my wife with 2 small children). Assume I can expense business attire??

@British_Airways I had to spend 90mins in the airport where BA rebooked my whole party rather than just me, I then spent 30mins on the phone correcting it. Would be great if you could answer question above - can I expense business attire and charge to BA as I don’t get to leave Gatwick?
