@MatthewNichol5 Come on Majorie, I figured you of all people would understand the much bigger plan going on here which is to get America off foreign oil completely. For example, in 1985, CA only imported 5% of it's oil and now it's 63%.
Also diesel has more to do with Russia/Ukraine anyway.

The reason for our national debt is because we have a central banking system (Fed reserve) that forces the government to borrow money from it since 1913.
