@AmazonHelp When I use Alexa to play a personal playlist from Apple Music, Alexa always plays the list in the same song order. Is there not a way to have her shuffle the list to give me a different order of songs? Thanks!

@SonosSupport Thank you for your response, however, that did not work. After disabling and then enabling skill, Alexa said there were no new devices. Tried using Apple Music and rec’d same error message that ‘I need to link my account’. Frustrating :-/

@SonosSupport Hello, I moved to a new home and set up my Sonos One speakers. Upon doing that, Apple Music now does not work w Alexa voice commands. I’ve reset and delinked multiple times. Any suggestions? Thanks!
