All good teams have them… opposition fans hate them. But when they’re one of yours you love them. They intimidate and demand. There hasn’t been a ‘win at all costs’ desire at this club for a long long time. Voss had it as a player… but can’t seem to demand it as a coach.

These kind of guys demand standards be lifted and don’t give a crap about making friends. Cripps is a great player but he’s not it… doesn’t demand enough from his teammates. Also we haven’t had a player with the brutality of a Hodge or a Maynard in generations.
