@SalvadorDafti Just last week I realized it's this version of John Riley Michael Quercio is singing on the Rainy Day compilation of Paisley Underground covers from 1984 (an obscure reference in 2026, I am sure). Great versions, both - the 3 O'Clock were worthy inheritors of the Byrds' lineage.
@dan_bernstein_ the bets equal out in dollars and cents won/lost, they have to. the skew of bets toward longshots/favorites creates the -22% bit, it's a percentage-vs-baseline phenomenon.
@joestieb @KeithSmithNBA This. When you have one (1) play it requires one (1) defense. The screen itself is b.s. most of the time. In game one they had Pritchard throw it to JT in the post *one time* and it opened up the whole court. Try it again? Nope.
@Oksendaz@excultris@stephens_ben@justinboldaji this. "Camilla, you came back" isn't documentary reality. It definitely is possible to undersell the movie's logical underpinnings, but Ebert was roughly correct.
