If the survival rate of control group in ACTIV-5 is found superior to prev. Remde studies, how can we interpret that?

At least, #Lenzilumab should be chosen if less complications than SOC group at the same condition.

If sub-analysis is feasible, vaccination history should be considered and re-assessed as an important factor.

Personally speaking, all approved COVID-19 Tx. including Remdesivir should be re-assessed their effect after COVID-19 vaccination.

I think
before COVID-19 vaccination era, #Lenzilumab was really helpful to severe hypoxic patients.

But after vaccination, severe hypoxia might become somewhat controllable with only SOC.

My guess is that's one of the reasons why ACTIV-5/BET-B failed. (1/2)
