@jpalmiotti I'm quite optimistic about this one. Plus with all the mergers and acquisitions in WB's history, I think this will bring some creative stability. And I do hope they do as you suggested, there's a lot of potential here.

@iREUS_SA There comes a point when you lose interest. And I lost it after 162 was delayed. So can you imagine how many will lose it by March 2026? They should have had all issues in the bag before soliciting it.

@MrMiller007_ Hindsight is always 20/20 but I would have preferred a sort of in-house trilogy with Sam Mendes and Thomas Newman. I think they could've wrapped it up nicely with that. Which I suppose NTTD does bring forth the characters but a lot of it was a stretch and mental gymnastics.

@thedanjurgens I remember it vividly. I was sitting on the living room floor and my dad walks in. He plops an actual newspaper on my lap and says, "welp, Superman died," and walks away. And there it was in big bold headlines. I have been traumatized ever since.

@currentiyke The general issue with most of the CW shows was that there were too many episodes per season. It definitely was quantity over quality. Usually the first 2-3 seasons were good then it had a strong downhill trajectory. Legends was the only exception to this.

@robertliefeld That's a very good guess and I think you're right. Plus I remember Reeves saying he is going to test Bruce Wayne and it would be a logical direction for the sequel. If the first movie focused on the psychology of Batman the second will be on Bruce Wayne.
