@AmazonHelp I’d feel comfortable knowing items I buy from Amazon warehouse are vetted & certified to work. I understand items get broken in shipping - this was not the case. Either the 1st person who bought it broke it or it was broken to begin with. Either way it shouldn’t have been resold.

@AmazonHelp TY! I initiated a return of the broken item. In the meantime, Im out a chlorinator for my pool. What am I supposed to do? I can’t return the product til Fri. My $ won’t be refunded for several more days. Then I have to order another which takes even more time.

@panerabread Why is it I have to order soup online to get it serve to me inside Panera? Was told no soup available until 11 AM. Ordered it on line while seated in the restaurant and was promptly served soup - in a “to go” container.
So much for customer service. #fail
