@BeerGirlCA Yep, definitely a SCOBY that formed on the surface of the cider but then fell to the bottom of the carboy. They look healthy in color so you probably have a nice mix of microbes in there, but the longer you let it go from here the more and more acetic it'll get.

My original @beer_scholar study guides were perfect for 2014, but the whole format feels dated now. May be different for your products!

What I’m working on now is specific to my products — creating online courses. Video files, PDF worksheets, & online practice tests. It’s stealable, but far more complicated than fwd’ing an email. At the right price most ppl will just pay.

I’ve debated trying ways to take advantage of that while still selling mostly via my own channel, but there’s no simple way to game the system.

May or may not pan out the same for everyone, but that's my experience!
