@Xero at least have the option to add "Delivery Instructions" within a main contact or have 2 delivery address options within a contact. Please sort this.
@Xero your new Purchase Order updates are a real headache for me. Removing the option to save various delivery addresses in POs has now (1) made me less efficient and (2) increased risk of errors as I need to edit manually.
@SentinelFlash Eskom and Transnet are experiencing improvements in South Africa and heading in the right direction. Furthermore AMSA Newcastle plant should not have a material effect on Southern Coal's income as the company is focused on supply the manganese sintering sector.

@British_Airways I have a case reference yes. I am yet to hear anything from BA despite sending my initial claim and complaint being submitted on 22 April. My last claim (in 2022) took 4 days I recall. Please advise who I can call to follow this up. Service is terrible.
@British_Airways I was delayed 6rs from JoBurg to London. What is the expected response time for a compensation claim made online? Can't seem to talk with anyone - is it now your policy to have all complaints and claims dealt via your website?!! 😕
@British_Airways@British_Airways how long do you expect customers to wait for a response? Back in Oct I had a 4hr delay on the plane and you responded within a couple of days and paid up. Now it’s been over 10 days.
@British_Airways 4 hrs waiting on BA486 last night with 3 kids under 4. Arrived 3.5hrs late at Barca @ 23:18. Pushchairs both sodden at arrival and arrived to a closed Budget car office. Journey from hell. Hertz saved day but cost me over Eur500.
@British_Airways I booked a car hire from Barcelona airport using avios. There was no option to include child seats. Given I will be travelling with a 2 and 4 year old I need to reserve the seats. Please advise how I can do this. Thanks, Chris
@British_Airways Landed in JoBurg yesterday. Luggage didn’t arrive. No one has contacted me. I am stranded and need someone to fix this major issue. Impossible to get through to anyone. Expect major compensation for this.
