BA you are truly crap. BA1341 was cancelled and spent 8 hours in the airport. Now the return flight BA1344 from LHR to Leeds Bradford is f**ing cancelled. All being kicked off the plane with no explanation ref alternative flight. The onboard staff are useless.

Ultimate piss take now. Return flight BA 1344 is now cancelled and everyone’s having to get off the plane. Complete chaos and no information regarding what’s happening!!!

BA at Leeds / Bradford airport sucks. Flight cancelled this morning to Heathrow. The gate was chaos. Staff as much use as a concrete parachute. No one was informed what was happening. Nearly 8 hours at the airport but still I’ve got a £10 meal voucher to last all day!

@BalsdonBen Get the PCSO’s to do it. The police are then free to do the work we’ve consented to and pay for them to do. It should be down to the taxpayers to decide where we want our resources best deployed. We decide who we want to run the country so why not decide how it runs too.
