@faithonfairways loss. You have to do 2500 sit ups to burn 1lb of fat. So your better off doing full body exercises. Squat press,burpees ect

@faithonfairways as much as I hate to say it. Diet... Abs are made in the kitchen not the gym. Bodies don't recognize spot specific weight
