@nickharper24 Thanks man, that does help me understand the bigger issue and perspective. I imagine the whole VC and PE pressure on all these companies is also a negative factor? Like the need to give investors returns in a certain amount of time?

@nickharper24 Ha honestly I am probabaly a sheep in regards to that stuff. If you have anything I should read to have a better understanding I would love to. I had only heard the severance details and seemed good compared to what most companies do

@nickharper24 True, but The severance package is really generous. Plus i bet most people who worked there are going to be in high demand for other companies so aren’t worried to much. I get the layoffs though, if you know your revenue is cut for probably a year or two ,better to do layoffs now

@CYoung904 I think one way to get good ranking is setting hours of places. Like go to ATMs and set hours as 24/7 etc. not sure if this works but might be something to try
