Most businesses don’t need more people.
They need less friction.
More output.
Faster decisions.
Better systems.
Scale is not headcount.
Scale is leverage.
“Lady’s killed on the subway, nobody does nothing… Charlie Kirk was shot, no cities were torn up, burned down or nothing”
“Lady.. decides to drive a car at an officer of the law and y’all tearing up the whole f*cking city”
Nobody doing better than you is judging you.
Rich people won’t mock you for saving and investing
…they remember when every dollar mattered.
Fit people won’t laugh when you’re gasping on the treadmill
….they’ve been there.
Smart people won’t clown you for studying
…they know how much ignorance costs.
The ones who’ve done it respect the grind because they’ve bled for it.
It’s only the ones who haven’t started that talk from the cheap seats.
Stop worrying about looking stupid.
Start worrying about staying broke, weak, and ignorant.
Action beats optics.
Every.
Single.
Time.
The saddest people aren’t the ones who failed.
They’re the ones who never tried;
too afraid to grab the dream in front of them.
Better to reach and fail than spend your life haunted by what could have been.
God made us in His image.
Not as puppets.
As powerful beings with choice.
He didn’t create evil.
He created free will.
Evil is what happens when that freedom disconnects from God.
It’s not an invention.
It’s a consequence.
Lucifer proves this.
He was the pinnacle.
The prototype.
Beauty, wisdom, glory.
But even the best of us untethered from God can fall.
That fall turned Lucifer into Satan.
Separation from God doesn’t make you independent.
It makes you vulnerable.
Take whatever you want to make.
Subtract what you are currently making.
That’s the cost of your ignorance.
Invest in the skills and frameworks to close that gap.
The size of your problems is the size of your life.
If you can only handle small problems, then you will only have a small life.
Learn to deal with the big problems.
Solving big problems leads to a big life.
America was built on the backs of men who smoked cigarettes, drove without seatbelts, and had bacon for breakfast.
If you miss your biohacking routing this morning - you’re gonna be okay.
If you have to explain that water is wet you’ve already lost.
Don’t waste time trying to align with people who fundamentally don’t get it.
Convincing the wrong people drains time, energy, and momentum.
Alignment should be obvious.
If it’s not, move on.
Focus on people who see it without needing a TED Talk.
If you own your company, you have 2 core functions:
Predict The Future
Mitigate Risk
Every single thing you do is a derivative of these two baseline functions.
