We can talk about reasonable people joining the @PoliceNG all day long.
The issue of corruption & ineptitude in the force is 2 ways; personnel & systemic.
Systemic relates to conditions of service, welfare and all.
Personnel relates attitude/behavioral.
Both needs to be addressed
@MR__Sulaiman1 since many reasonable people refuse to join the nigerian police force, we'll keep witnessing incidents like this and worse. nigeria needs good people willing to serve. save nigeria.
@BwalaDaniel This is a very stupid take, moreso with the picture you attached.
You are a man of very small mind, and even smaller intellect.
You'd better serve your family and generations unborn by simply removing this from the Internet
There is a silent political civil war going on in the Obidient camp. The realization that it is not a political movement but a hate, vitriol and unpatriotic movement. They hate the country they want to govern, you only need to hear them discrediting Nigeria, Nigerians and Nigerian leaders. Their members are beginning to see through the lenses. They are abandoning the so-called movement. Gbajue Gbajue Gbajue
Something is terribly wrong with Nigerian leadership.
We're trying to quiten down after the reversal of the WAEC fee hike. Now, newly graduated doctors are to pay 415k for practicing license, a 100% increasing from previous fee.
The kleptomaniacism stenches to high heavens!
In sane countries, inflicting economic pain on the masses is a political death sentence. But here, this admin hikes fuel from ₦200 to ₦1300, watch inflation destroy livelihoods, and expects us to applaud their "reforms."
@tchaloyi One car that can give you similar feel, a proper kick down that propels you fast, is the Honda accord v6.
It does that effortlessly without even raising the engine pitch
"We have a civic responsibility as responsible citizens of our various nations. This church is today in 144 nations. So, endeavour to secure your permanent voter cards (PVC). You are men and women of the spirit. By your own personal conviction, you should know where to cast your vote. We are not passersby in our nation. We are bona fide citizens of the nation, and we have a right to participate in who governs us." — David Oyedepo, presiding bishop of Living Faith Church
@OgbeniDipo That Oyo school kidnapping almost went the way of the Chibok saga.
Thank God they are freed now.
Govt can do better, and should always do right by Nigerians
People in govt power and leadership will be asking questions that are in their remit to provide answers to, or even initiate interventions to close gaps.
But, in Nigeria, not so.
So, if you as a minister of defence, ask me, na who I go ask?
"As a nation, do we have a database? Because, for security forces to work, for the police to work, we need to have a database. If you go abroad and you commit an offence, it's easier for you to be identified. They get your face, fingerprints, signature, or your picture because they know everything about you. Do we have that? What is delaying us from putting that in place?" — Christopher Musa, minister of defence
I am more worried that someone else was making a vidoe of the extremely horrible assault 9n a minor. <30 second is enough for any sane person newrby to stop that woman
At this point, I’m genuinely curious: Why are these cases of extreme abuse against children mostly perpetrated by women in the South East?
This horrifying scene happened in Abia state…the woman was allegedly trying to slit the girl’s throat.
Again I ask, why SE women?
My husband wrote down the names of the 5 children he wanted us to have inside my room back in the university 🤣
Fast forward to today, we have just 2 children, and anytime my mum or his mum say, "you guys should give us one more. My husband will say “Mummy, you better manage these two oo, I have done vasectomy”.
Baba don leave his remaining three children hanging 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@icekied As one who grew up in the house of an older married sibling, i completely understand your experience.
We had a lot of falling out, including being driven out of the house.
Luckily for me, both are still alive and we've mended somewhat over time.
Hope it gets easier for you two
Every politician and leaders in our governance space deserves all the dragging and curses they get...to the very least of them.
EFCC sha no forget Yahaya bello tho
EFCC just discovered $5 billion, pre-written future election results, ₦1 trillion worth of gold necklaces, and 200 exotic cars during a raid in the Umuahia residence of former Abia State Governor T. A. Orji.
The operation was reportedly carried out after the former governor allegedly failed to honor multiple EFCC invitations for questioning and was said to have gone into hiding for several months.
Its ok to stress who c9ntrols what.
But how he left a whole government (a cabal in every sense of the word) the military and paramilitary, and began to called out Nig youths as the cohort who need to unseat the principalities and powers....naaaaa
“My name is retired captain effiong eyo, Nigerians keep blaming the government meanwhile they don’t know the secrets within the government. President Tinubu is not weak. He just didn’t know the seat was this hard to control. He thought it would be easy until he got there. Every Nigerian president has another president above him. I retired from the army because I realized it didn’t feel like I was serving the Nigerian Army. There is a cabal controlling the government and the nation.”
“The First Lady even thanked President Trump for bombing terrorists in Sokoto and said he should do more, which shows the Nigerian government can’t even give orders. The day President Tinubu gave the order to help Benin Republic, he wasn’t giving the order himself,he was instructed to. If he can do that for Benin Republic, why can’t he do the same in Nigeria? Why are all the Army Generals afraid to give orders? They’re all scared of one person.”
~ Man makes allegations about the Nigerian government 👀🇳🇬
You don't show maturity by hanging there and restraining from physically contact.
You show maturity by removing yourself from the very toxic environment
If not for the camera in this house , no human will ever believe that a women could do this to her husband !
OMO this guy deserves an award for holding himself without retaliating ! Such men are very few .
What do you think ?
