There is a massive shift happening now in social conscience concerning the value of black lives and awareness of racism. It is a tipping point. Help it tip. Once the tip has happened, there will be time enough to qualify use of terms and add nuance.

Rom. 12:15 says ‘weep with those who weep’ not ‘justify why you aren’t weeping’ or ‘correct those who weep.’

To weep with, we need to feel the pain. To feel the pain, we need to understand. To understand, we need to be informed. To be informed, we need to listen/read. And fast.
