@British_Airways I would like an email address or phone number so I can contact a human rather than a virtual assistant. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue involving a claim for a week now but just going round in circles. Very frustrating!

@LandRover_UK Another extremely disappointing but not unexpected experience from @GuySalmonJLR Npton. It took 8 weeks to get appointment to address faulty boot on 9 month only RR only to be told they couldn’t fix it ! Promised call AM today with new appointment but nothing #joke
@LandRover_UK So the saga continues with @GuySalmonJLR Npton. They’ve had my car since Thursday with still no resolution, apparently waiting on parts. They now want the courtesy car back and want to rebook it end of January even though the parts are due anytime.
