@AlaskaAir overall poor flight today on AS 630 to Seattle. Started with way too many non requested seat moves. The person at the gate has never gone through customer service training EVER!!! And ofc we are still awaiting our bags at baggage claim 50 min after landing - do better

@united I fly Seattle to nyc 3 times a month and while I’ve thought about leaving Alaska due to delays I can’t go to an airline that isn’t honest with info - I fly enough to know things change, but don’t tell me that if it’s not true - acted like I was getting a favor
Typical @UnitedAirlines you pay to much money for an upgraded seat to get extra space, they move you 5 min later unbounded, and promise the seat is the same (no middle person), and that’s not true at all. #refund
@united I totally get that - which is why I inquired at the gate and your representative told me even though they moved me, the middle seat wasnt taken in my new assignment either. I was happy being further back on the plane where there’s all kinds of open seats. I spent $169 & bad info
