It shouldn't come as a suprise that three judges led by Dame Victoria Sharp of the King Bench Division of the High Court in London declared illegal and gross infringement on human rights the law that proscribed the Palestine Action Group under the Terrorism Law. It was unfathomable that UK, knowing how robust their courts are and their rich tradition and heritage of utmost respect for civil liberties and human rights enacted such retrogressive and reactionary law in the first place. The Home Secretary @ShabanaMahmood is ill-advised to appeal the decision of the High Court.
