@bt_uk We ended up speaking to 6 people at BT yesterday to try and renew our internet package. Only 1 of those people was even remotely polite with the rest either being disinterested &unhelpful &3 being rude to the point of being unpleasant. It appeared to be a cultural issue within BT

@MooFreeChoccies As I said, I checked my emails including junk which would also cover spam. I was sent an email 'reminder' a day later with a code but part of what I had been hoping to order had sold out by then which was really disappointing.
