@virginmedia Yesterday,that I would get a call back in 2 hrs; only to wait around all day & not receive one! 1 of many promises that haven’t been fulfilled by Virgin!
Couldn’t provide me a consistent service, after many attempts. Agreed to cancel my instal with no charge; then sent me a bill!
@virginmedia - THE WORST customer experience I have ever had to endure! Can’t provide me with a service and want to charge me for it! Over 10 phone calls, hours of my life wasted talking to agents.

The road is dangerous and hasn’t been maintained in years!
It’s constantly reported and never goes any further.

@VodafoneUK - your customer service chat is a f***king joke !!! 5 different ‘agents’ later and still not resolved. Disconnected my chat 3 times, having to start all over again and still not resolving my issue

Where are my Christmas cards !?
I ordered these on the 13th December and have still not received them.
I also placed an order on the 14th December for other items which arrived on time via Royal Mail!
