Explain to me how the recently-resigned US Director of National Intelligence can publicly state, today, that the wars in both Iran and Ukraine cannot be ended by Trump, no matter how hard he tries, because the "deep state" basically won't allow it, and the response from pretty much everyone is...**crickets**.

Is this something that everyone just knows and accepts?

That the US, and potentially the fate of the world, is NOT in the hands of the "Commander in Chief" or even Congress or the Senate, or the State Dept. or the Justice Department.

It's in the hands of a powerful group of unelected intelligence "types" who operate beyond oversight and behind the scenes. And they apparently want endless, destructive war.
