The administration has leaned heavily into labeling Good things like - "leftist insurrectionist," or "domestic terrorist" to adjudicate this case in the public square - by trying to create the image that Good somehow deserved her fate. The only legitimate process -- to determine the justification or culpability of the people involved -- is a legal one, and that would entail a fair and thorough investigation with evidence, witness testimony, etc. Any other conclusions are merely political posturing and messaging.
