@AirtelNigeria Airtel ng, you guys should do better. To subscribe for internet for 5G ODU router from all your given means are not working and you guys are not doing anything about it. People are complaining yet no solution to that. 2 over 10 rating for responsiveness.
@AirtelNigeria Airtel can you guys make it clear for me the only way to buy data for this outdoor 5G router because I am tired of complaining every month. I have my airtime on my alternative airtel line that I used to do subscription on the app but it's not working. Help please.
@AirtelNigeria Having cause my 12hrs downtime to my business, yet with no apology they still set my subscription ending to 27th of January 2026.
I will be considering other options when this subscription expires.

@AirtelNigeria A subscription that was suppose to be renewed by 12am 28th December 2025 of which I renewed on 27th December 2025 to avoid zero downtime for my business. Guess what, airtel happened to me because they just sort my Internet subscription around 13:10 of 28th December 2025.
@AirtelNigeria It's 12pm and the issue is still under review? Like I have to pause my activities for this long because it takes airtel long to resolve connection issue? This is totally unacceptable.. Reconnect my ODU. I did this subscription since yesterday
