Unregulated experts appointed by family courts in England and Wales have caused harm to children by separating them from their mothers and forcing them to live with and have contact with fathers accused of violence and abuse, according to a new study by a UCL researcher.
It is unacceptable for a forensic psychologist to remove children from their mothers, copy and paste reports, dismiss evidence of domestic violence, and send mothers to unregulated, fabricated therapies designed to alter their views on fathers. This expert is treating mothers worse than criminals.
If the expert managed 300/400 cases and produced three reports per family, each costing £6,000, how much profit would they generate at the expense of these struggling mothers? Even convicted criminals are given opportunities to rebuild their lives, but mothers are denied the same chance. What’s worse is that when one therapy ends, they can send you for another—this time, perhaps because you don’t feel sorry enough for the father. You couldn’t even make this up.
No qualified child psychologist would support such actions, as they blatantly disregard the welfare of the child and the principles of ethical practice. This systemic abuse of power within family courts must be addressed to prevent further harm.

I don’t doubt for one second CAFCASS will support his efforts with gusto, because they support abusers taking children from Mothers every single day. They use reports and experts to support this, they create false evidence, lie and destroy real victims life, experiences and legacy. When will the henchmen of the justice system be held accountable? When will CAFCASS admit grotesque failures to protect women and their children was a government directive???

Afolabi Siffre’s (@ labisiffremusic) discography is impeccable. The British singer-songwriter, poet and activist is known for his soulful music and poignant lyrics which often touch on themes of love, equality and justice.

The artists whose father is Nigerian came out of retirement in 1985 and wrote “So Strong” after watching a film showing white soldiers shooting at black children in apartheid South Africa. That became his most successful record, winning numerous awards and topping the UK charts.

His music has incredible sampling value (46 samples) with “I Got The...” accounting for over 30.
Dr Dre sampled it on Eminem’s “My Name Is” and Labi didn’t clear it initially because he thought the lyrics were lazy and sexist. He asked that they be removed, but Eminem’s camp simply created a clean version.
