@nspower reliability is awful. 2024 (excl. major storms): SAIDI 5.26 hrs (target ≤4.29), SAIFI 2.75 (target ≤2.05). No target met since 2020. We're paying for 'guaranteed' returns while outages drag on. Time for real grid upgrades, not excuses.⚡😤 #NSPower #Halifax #NovaScotia
