The clock glowed 3;17 a.m. The baby’s cries had stitched the night together without pause. She stood in the kitchen, arms aching, eyes burning from days without real sleep.
When the crying spiked again, something inside her cracked, not in anger at her child, but in sheer exhaustion. She placed the baby safely in the crib, stepped into the hallway, and let out a raw scream she’d been holding in for weeks. Her hands shook. She focused on her breathing, in and out, waiting for the wave to pass. After a few minutes, the scream turned to quiet tears. She wiped her face, went back in, lifted her baby gently, and began rocking. Slowly, the room found its rhythm again.
Parenthood can be beautiful and brutally overwhelming at the same time. Moments like this aren’t about failure, they’re about human limits. Maybe the real conversation we need is how to normalize asking for help before someone feels alone at 3;17 a.m. When exhaustion pushes a parent to the edge, how do we recognize the warning signs early, and how do we offer support before a breaking point arrives?
@MinistryOfRugby@SVNSSeries@OfficialKRU I was not working for or representing anyone at the event; I simply attended the rugby match as a private fan and enjoyed it. I am not responsible for ticketing decisions, so please address any complaints about tickets to the appropriate authorities.
Proof of concept: done! @SVNSSeries — Kenya is more than ready to host the series.
You’ve seen us at Nyayo Stadium. Now imagine our new Talanta Stadium, opening soon, packed with 40,000+ fans — a turnout many countries can’t match. @OfficialKRU and the Government under H.E. @WilliamsRuto are ready.

Held a consultative meeting with the Association of Event Organisers and key sector players to advance a more deliberate and structured approach to Event Security and Disaster Management.
The engagement provided an opportunity to listen to the private sector's experiences in planning and managing events, identify what is working effectively within current safety frameworks and interrogate the major gaps and vulnerabilities that continue to pose risks to public safety.
This consultative process marks an important step towards building a responsive and collaborative event safety ecosystem that safeguards lives while supporting the growth of the creative and events industry.
As some mainstream media stations continue singing about EPL and clubs screens are on normal default of football made in England - our rugby team is busy demolishing competition in Nyayo stadium

In Morroco there is a method they use called Fog Collection (CloudFisher):
This is the world’s largest operational fog-harvesting project, utilizing over 600 square meters of mesh netting on Mount Boutmezguida.
These nets capture water from the fog that regularly covers the region, producing up to 37,000 liters of water daily, which serves hundreds of people.
Take time to study how they do it as you explore ways to ensure your residents have water to survive the droughts.
