So Yesterday, Peter Obi united the ADC & APC noisemakers with just one podcast….. Gig boys came under one umbrella and criedddddddd for us for several hours, acknowledging who their master is.
we have always known who the real opposition truly is.
Nigeria will be OK ✌️
On This Day in 1982: Emeka Ojukwu returned to Nigeria in all his glory after twelve years in exile.
He was granted asylum by Ivory Coast President, Felix Houphouët-Boigny, on January 11, 1970.
Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu remained in exile for 12 years until the administration of President Shehu Shagari.
There were widespread calls for Ojukwu's pardon.
Some of the key people who pushed for Ojukwu's pardon were Dr. Nwafor Orizu, a close friend of President Shehu Shagari; Chief Adeniran Ogunsanya; People’s Redemption Party leader Alhaji Aminu Kano; and Dr. Alex Ekwueme.
He was granted a pardon by Shehu Shagari on May 18, 1982, and returned to Nigeria a month later, on June 18, 1982. He was accompanied back by an 11-man NPN delegation led by Dr. Chuba Okadigbo.
He received a rousing hero's welcome in Aba, complete with a 21-gun salute. His reception was one of the biggest celebrations ever witnessed in Igboland. Izuchukwu and Ekene Dili Chukwu Motors helped transport thousands of people to the venue free of charge.
Legendary Igbo highlife musician Oliver De Coque composed a special song for his return titled “Nnata Chief Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu.” 🎶
He declared his candidacy for the Nigerian Senate in 1983, though he did not win. However, Shagari's government fell during the 1983 Nigerian coup d'état on December 31.
In early 1984, the Muhammadu Buhari regime jailed hundreds of political figures, including Emeka Ojukwu. He was held at Kirikiri Maximum Security Prison and released later that year after spending 10 months there.
Ojukwu died on November 26, 2011, at the age of 78.
Gone but not forgotten! 🤍

Great win by England with so many top performers (esp Rice, Bellingham, Madueke, Anderson.). But my MoM was Captain @HKane who was immense from start to finish, scoring goals and throwing his body around to defend shots too. What a leader! 👏👏
This is why they all detest him.
Below is what Nigeria’s current Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu, had to say about Peter Obi in 2022.
Peter Obi is him.
Ghana won their game at the World Cup. When was the last time I was able to say this about my country?💔
Hating from outside the club every time. I’m tired
2027 is Peter Obi's last shot at the presidency.
2027 is your last opportunity for Peter Obi to pull you out of poverty.
2027 is Nigeria's last chance for Peter Obi to rescue her from that structure of criminality, structure of corruption, structure of looting.
2027 is our last chance to be rescued from this worsening economy, and ravaging insecurity.
Irrespective of how the election goes, Peter obi will remain a wealthy man, a comfortable man, an accomplished man, and a fulfilled man.
The best and only opportunity to take advantage of Peter Obi's availability is this 2027, if not you will suffer. Think about your life 12 years ago, and think about it now. This is not about politics or political party. There is always a positive or negative consequence after every presidential election in Nigeria.
Those who fail to value the treasure they have because it is readily available, will eventually regret when such treasure becomes scarce and unavailable again.
Go out there, get your PVC, vote for Peter Obi and Kwankwaso (OK)
Vote for NDC, defend your votes and make sure it counts.
The Knife is in your hands, the ball is in your court. The choice is yours ✌️
