Idea that sprung from reading this: A fun way to bring back an old Doctor that doesn't involve giving them a new regeneration could be the TARDIS messes up the timestream and accidentally swaps a previous Doctor with the current Doctor and they gotta swap back #DoctorWho

is it bad to say that I wish this actually was the cliffhanger of The Reality War.. where 13 suddenly appears and they’re both confused as to why she’s there.. and the episode ends with a huge cliffhanger of the TARDIS being unable to be controlled by either of them. #DoctorWho
