@FirstNorwich so thats the 3rd time in a week the 5:50pm service from Hellesdon to Lenwade is ‘live’ and just doesnt turn up. And yet the other days it has arrived never showed up on the app at all! This service is honestly a joke when the other services from the city have showed

@FirstNorwich so once again. The app doesnt work! 7:46 from lenwade to hellesdon. Middle of nowhere, no tracking……and apways hit or miss if the bus is late or actually 20 minutes early! Someone needs to work on this app honestpy
