Ryanair is shameless. Don't waste your time with customer service. Its the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They lost my suitcase, and are refusing to look for it. Counldn’t even get a competent person on the phone while still at the airport looking for it.

I had a flight from Dublin to Gatwick on May 1. My luggage never made it to the pick up after my flight. I filed a report with somebody at departures and was told I would be contacted in the next few days. I have reached out via email and telephone and still no response

@Ryanair Dont do it! Pay a little more and keep your belongings. This airline lost my luggage. May 1st I still haven't been able to even get in touch with anyone who will help me retrieve it. No response to emails. I called internationally at my own expense & no one can help
