@TechKinderTeach We also make sure we have each other covered if one of us had a meeting or conference call because there’s definitely still things that come up and we take turns doing activities with her when we can take quick breaks. :)

@TechKinderTeach Depending on the age, a schedule they can follow Independently has helped us! My daughter has a daily schedule of school apps, reading time, fun crafts and activities, and free time and sets her iPad so an alarm goes off to let her know when to move on to the next activity.
