Finally got the courage to get an ADHD assessment last Oct. Passed the first test (didn’t even need test 2) so off I am to wait for a diagnosis. This might be life changing, we’ll see. Many thanks to @parulsingh1995 without whom I would still be in denial of my symptoms 🫠
