Can you ascribe partners to allah? Calling yourself a muslim means nothing if you can be mistaken about islam.

@RexVoltag @Forthegrass @nick_matau I don’t have to prove that at all. 61:14 says a geoup from the children of israel believed (in the messiah) and another disbelieved. The believers in the messiah prevailed and did so through the spreading of the gospel we still have.

This is the most historical interpretation.

Muslims love to quote atheist scholars it might also interest you that kings 1-2 is deemed historically accurate by those same scholars. Those scholars probably don’t believe miracles. The quran invents such a group. We certainly don’t have such a group that prevailed which 61:14 says the true believers did.
